Faith Howard is our Clinic Manager and the friendly face behind many of our day-to-day operations. With a warm, approachable presence, she oversees all administrative processes from booking initial consultation appointments, to helping clients connect with a therapist who aligns with their unique needs. She also manages phone and email inquiries, direct billing, scheduling, and ensures our office remains a calm and welcoming space for everyone who walks through our door.

Faith holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial Management from Royal Roads University and a diploma in Communications from SAIT. With over seven years of experience in administrative and operational management, she brings both professionalism and heart to her work. Known for her genuine care for others, Faith loves brightening people’s days whether it’s through a kind smile, a funny story, a listening ear, or a much-needed hug.

During her time at Royal Roads, Faith’s capstone project reflected her passion for making a difference. While many peers pursued profit-driven ventures, she chose to create a nonprofit online community resource center for sexual abuse survivors in Calgary. As part of this initiative, she developed an 8-step healing program for survivors in the acceptance stage, aiming to empower them as they take steps toward recovery.

Outside of work, Faith enjoys baking, relaxing by the Bow River with her partner and their dog Bear, or curling up at home with Lily the cat. Family and friends are key in her life, and her animals are, by all accounts, lovingly spoiled. A passionate traveler, Faith's favorite destination is Uganda, Africa and it holds a special place in her heart.
