Healing Narcissistic Wounds is an 8-week virtual group led by senior psychologists Amy Antony and Lindsay McNena.

Together, they've created a space where women navigating the lasting impacts of narcissistic relationships can be understood — not explained, not minimized, just understood. Each week blends collective healing with practical, skills-based tools you can actually use. This isn't therapy in isolation — it's a closed group of just 10, meaning real continuity, real trust, and real companionship builds session by session. You'll show up for yourself, and find yourself showing up for each other too.
