He previously worked as a psychometrist and as a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) in Ontario, where he provided individual therapy to adults. James is committed to creating a supportive, respectful, and culturally competent space where clients feel understood and empowered throughout the assessment process. He values clear communication, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach that honours each person’s story and goals.
